Yoga performed during the time of pregnancy is known as Prenatal Yoga. This time is one of the most beautiful times of a women life. This is the time when a woman suffers many challenges, physically and mentally as well.
As per our Hindu mythology or Vedas, a child starts to learn while being inside the mother's womb. A pregnant woman needs a good atmosphere and so a mother needs very good care during this time period. A mother needs to be physical and mental fit during pregnancy.
By daily practicing yoga, a mother gets physically and mentally strong. The asanas, we taught at our yoga school in Rishikesh helps you in normal delivery.

You will stay in light-filled, comfortable cottage-style rooms surrounded by mountains. Every cottage opens onto wide windows that fill the space with gentle sunlight and fresh mountain breezes. To help you feel at home and happy, our team maintains the space to the highest standard. Our helpful staff is always available if you need anything, including extra blankets, towels, or assistance with your room.
Yogic food is a type of diet that is based on the principles of yoga. It is typically high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in processed foods, refined sugar, and animal products. Yogic food is believed to promote physical and mental health, and to help to balance the mind, body, and spirit.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.
Clear your books of account before departure from Yash Yoga School. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Yash Yoga School provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Yash Yoga School.
An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
If a student cancels the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded in cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation.
