This allows for a deep immersion without the 25-day commitment of a full 200-hour TTC.
Yash Yoga is located in the serene area of Tapovan, away from the crowded main markets. This location offers a peaceful environment essential for deep meditation and study, while still being walking distance from:
✓ Intense Growth: Classes at Yash Yoga are designed as physical and mental journeys that target holistic well-being.
✓ Discipline & Mindfulness: The program focuses on self-discipline, breath control, and mindfulness under the guidance of expert teachers.
✓ Ancient Wisdom: Lessons are rooted in ancient texts like Hatha Yoga Pradipika, blended with modern techniques for a comprehensive understanding.
The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training syllabus offers a balanced mix of theory and practice. The curriculum covers the scientific and philosophical basis of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, anatomy, and alignment.
Through the practice of pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting, students cultivate inner peace and spiritual awareness. While you will learn the art of teaching, the primary focus of this 100-hour course is deepening your own personal connection to yoga.

The 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a highly intensive curriculum meant for foundational knowledge and practice of yoga. Ideal for beginners, it's suitable for those who aren't ready to commit to programs like the 200-hour courses. The course focuses on the essentials of yoga: including postures (asanas), breathing techniques, meditation, and an introduction to yoga philosophy and basic teaching methodologies. This training prepares participants to improve their practice and allows them to continue with advanced yoga teacher training programs.
A structured teaching program would aim at theory as well as practice for students to get the yoga concept. It would include daily classes, workshops, or lectures on topics such as anatomy, alignment, philosophy, and teaching methods. The participants get active teaching practice to guide students efficiently. Such training most of the time happens in an integrative environment, like a yoga school or in retreats that encourage personal growth and bonds into a community.
The duration of a yoga training course will depend upon the program. A typical 100-hour yoga teacher training course lasts 2 to 3 weeks, whereas a 200-hour training course could take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. On the other hand, short-term programs are available, too, such as weekend workshops, to teach certain skills or styles: Hatha or Ashtanga yoga.
The 100-hour course counts as the first semester of the full 200-hour training. While you receive a certificate of participation, to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance and teach professionally worldwide, you must complete the remaining 100 hours. This course is excellent for deep personal practice and preparation.
The course fee covers 11 nights of accommodation (private or shared), 3 daily vegetarian meals, herbal tea, yoga material, excursions in Rishikesh, and the complete tuition fee. Travel expenses to Rishikesh are not included.
We have some of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the world. They have dedicated their lives to the study and practice of yoga, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge with others.
